Anjeer or fig has numerous health benefits such as management of weight, lowering blood pressure, preventing constipation, regulating blood sugar, promoting bone health, etc. Anjeer has a high mucilage content that soothes the irritated mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, thus bringing relief from sore throat, whooping cough, asthma, etc.

Karkatshringi

It has antimicrobial properties and contains other important components that help relieve several health conditions. This herb is quite effective in resolving cough, asthma, phthisis, fever, etc. It has abilities to clear the mucus from the airways, bronchi, lungs, and trachea.

Directions For Use:

Adult: 2 teaspoonfuls thrice a day or as directed by the physician

Children: 1 teaspoonful thrice a day.
